We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 5 working days of delivery.
Conditions for Return and Refund
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The customer must provide a video of the unboxing process.
- The customer must initiate the return process by contacting us via email or WhatsApp with their order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Cash Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to the original payment method.
- Store Credit: Store credit will be issued for the full purchase amount and will be valid for 3 months.
- Exchanges: We will gladly exchange your item for a different size or color. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by us.
Exceptions
Customized items, such as mugs with calligraphic names, are non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival. In case of damage, please contact us immediately with unboxing video of the damaged item.
Damaged or Defective Products
We take utmost care in ensuring the quality of our products and double-check all articles before dispatch. However, if your product is damaged or broken during transit, we will offer a refund or exchange. Please contact us immediately with the necessary details.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product does not meet our return conditions.
